Product Description

 

All images of prints and non-commissioned work are represented as accurately as possible via photography. I therefore cannot guarantee the colours and details in website images are totally accurate representations of the product.

There may be some slight variation in colour of the mounts.

 

Pricing and Purchase of Products

 

For prints and non-commissioned artwork, prices are shown on the website. These items will be in stock unless indicated otherwise. If these items are not in stock the website will not allow an order to be placed.

 

Purchases made will be charged in Pounds Sterling (£GBP).

 

All prices shown on the website for products are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT. This means that the total price you pay us for products, or additional delivery, is always the same, regardless of whether or not UK VAT is chargeable.

 

The price displayed on the website is inclusive of delivery within the UK.

 

Before placing an order, please check that you have entered the correct address and post code, and please provide an up to date contact number and email address. These are very helpful to ensure successful delivery of your products.

 

Commissioned work will be priced on receipt of images and after agreeing the details, the size and the presentation of the artwork with the customer. Prices will include delivery within the UK.

 

 

Payments

 

For prints and non-commissioned artwork, when you place your order your debit or credit card is charged for the whole amount due.  The sale will be submitted for processing as soon as you click on the "PLACE ORDER" button. You will then receive an email to confirm the receipt of your order.

 

For commissioned artwork a part-payment deposit may be taken by agreement with the customer before commencing the work. The balance will be due before the item is despatched.

 

 

Shipping & Returns

 

ARTWORK

All non-commissioned art work if in-stock will be despatched as soon as possible after receipt of order and payment.

 

If your order is delayed for any reason thereafter, we will notify you of the situation as soon as possible and advise you by email when you should expect delivery. Should for any reason the delay cause you to not wish to proceed, you may cancel your order and you will be reimbursed in full.

 

If you would like to return your artwork please email admin@myfriendchloe.artdesign.com with your reason and a return address will be forwarded to you. Returns must be within 28 days at your cost. You will be refunded for the cost of the item in full.

CLOTHING

If you wish to return your item of clothing please email admin@myfriendchloe.artdesign.com with your reason and a return address will be forwarded to you. If the clothing is returned damaged/stained, you will not be refunded. Free shipping is not included for returns.
